Foundation®

10% Preferred Returns
$50k Minimum Investment

The Class A Foundation investment offers premium income opportunities. Class A Foundation has the highest minimum investment and is designed for investors seeking consistent income. Class A investors receive distributions first. Income distributions are made monthly.

Class B
Growth®

8% Preferred +
Cashflow Sharing
$50k Minimum Investment

The Class B Growth investment caters to investors comfortable with lower current income in exchange for higher potential annual returns. Class B Growth earns an 8% preferred return and participation in the Company’s additional cash distributions. The Class B participation splits continue up to a 15% target annual return. Class B investors are positioned second in priority for distributions.

*The Class B 8% preferred returns are planned to be distributed monthly but may accrue. Class B shall also participate in a share of the Company’s distribution of cash above the preferred return. The Class B participation split above preferred return is 70% / 30%, with 70% going to the Class B Investor, until a total annual return of 15% has been achieved.

Class C
Legacy®

Private Equity Returns
Founder Capital &
Future Offering(s)

The Class C Investment is currently held by the Founders and Partners in the Company. In the near future, an additional Class C Investment may be offered in a private placement. Existing Class A and Class B investors will be given an early option to acquire Class C Investment. Class C receives the 30% share of cashflow from the 70%/30% split with the Class B.
